Responsibilities

Conduct lightweight research with users and domain stakeholders
Produce flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows
Contribute to and extend shared design systems
Validate accessibility and usability before and after implementation
Collaborate with engineers on interaction details and edge cases

Requirements

Portfolio demonstrating complex product or enterprise UX work
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
Comfort working in iterative delivery with engineers and clients
Strong written critique and documentation habits
