Responsibilities

Develop feature pipelines, training jobs, and inference services
Define evaluation metrics with stakeholders and report results clearly
Implement monitoring for drift, latency, and prediction quality
Partner with software engineers on API integration and deployment
Contribute to model cards, runbooks, and client-facing technical documentation

Requirements

Hands-on experience deploying machine learning systems beyond notebooks
Proficiency in Python and common ML tooling (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
Understanding of data validation, experiment tracking, and reproducibility
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for training or serving
Pragmatic communication — able to explain trade-offs to non-specialists
